* Have you had a client ring you when they are out of town? They have a problem with their vehicle and think it is related to the last repair you carried out on their vehicle. They have taken it to somebody who has told them in no uncertain terms that you are to blame. The other repairer then lets your client know how much it will cost them and how dangerous it is and in doing so, ruins your reputation and credibility.
* Have you ever had a problem vehicle that your technicians are having trouble repairing or haven't got enough information on the vehicle to repair it or need to get in contact with someone who specializes in that type of repair?
* Have you ever looked into buying new equipment (e.g. a Hoist, Scanner, Scope or Gas Analyser) and think how great it would be to get another view or perspective from people in your own industry?
* Have you ever been interested in new marketing ideas or procedures to help you run your own business more efficiently but don't want to pay a consultant's fees?
* Have you ever needed a break away from your business but still want to be able to talk to somebody about your industry, enjoy a great social atmosphere and maybe a good laugh and a drink or two?
* Have you ever been interested in joining a great team of like-minded people to network with, still keep your own identity and suppliers etc, and not be burdened by paying into a franchise?
If you have answered "Yes" to any of the above questions then you may be just the right kind of business person that our group is looking for!
