Steve Rossiter, Director of Automotive Solutions Hamilton, bought the business more than 23 years ago in what he describes as "a moment of madness"; however his passion to continue to provide the best service and quality to customers have kept him in the industry ever since.

Formerly known as P&H Suspension City, Automotive Solutions Hamilton's suspension product knowledge continues to be second to none in the Waikato.

Automotive Solutions Hamilton is one of Hamilton's newest AA licensed repairers. This fits very well with their ethos of providing the highest levels of customer service, and vehicle repair.

Last year the business launched its 'Easy Care Car Club' which has been a real hit with customers. This initiative offers free WOF inspections, 10% discount on labour costs for life and savings of $100 or more on car repairs. It's free to join, and provides a fantastic incentive to keep your car maintained – while saving lots of money at the same time!

Joining the Automotive Solutions group

Steve changed the business name when he joined the Automotive Solutions group in 2008.

"We wanted to be part of an exclusive automotive repair network and couldn't find everything I was looking for in any other industry group. We also wanted to show that we're more than suspension specialists – and I've never looked back!" says Steve.

The Team

Tony is our award winning senior technician. He started off cleaning the floors after school and has worked at Automotive Solutions ever since.

Andrew came to Automotive Solutions Hamilton from a Ford service dealership and has introduced new methods of quality servicing to our business.

Gordon is a part time technician and has worked for Steve for 23 years.

Karen is the office manager who looks after debtors and creditors and keeps the whole team in line.

Peter is our parts person and came to us recently after many years managing another business in Auckland. Prior to that, he worked for a major suspension parts supplier. Peter is also a qualified panelbeater, and will be a huge asset to the team.
he spent many years managing Greenlane Speed Shop, and prior to this a number of years working for Transport Supplies who were a major suspension parts supplier, both business's are located in auckland and is a qualified panelbeater

Steve is the gopher, floor sweeper and general dogsbody – otherwise known officially as the managing director. He currently runs the front counter.

Members of the Motor Trade Association (MTA), Steve has served for eight years on the Waikato Branch committee with over two years as president.
